Fiona Godfrey came to Jamaica 30 years ago to teach for one year. She fell in love with the people and the beauty of the island and happily made it her home.

She has continued to teach art throughout the years to both children and adults, developing an art education program called Young at Art. Every year a calender is created from the work of her students and distributed locally and internationally to raise funds for the charity Food for the Poor.

She continues to develop her own work in oils and watercolor, many of which hang in private homes, and has many large murals around the island.
